This item is not support all the monitors, your monitor must compatible the item.
If dvr can open but your monitor can not show image, please know first to change VGA or HDMI Cable,then change one
new monitor to check again. Old monitor and some of the TV can not work will be normal.
We will not accept any dispute for the monitor.
If the item can not work, you have obligation to send it back to our warehouse or china to us to test.
If we tested it real have problem, we will pay all the cost(After confirm then to pay).Or send you one new parts to change
at the first time.
About the HDD:
The security DVR must work with the security HDD, if you use the PC HDD, most will be not work.
Your HDD must be brand new, we will not accept any dispute based on the old HDD.
Seagate,TOSHIBA,WD all have security HDD, normal we recommend the WD purple HDD.
If get other compatibility issues, we will not note again, if you have use other sellers items contact with our item, please ask us and confirm first, then order.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation
