1. DHL / FedEx Express:

Delivery time is 3-7 / 5-10 working days to most countries, door to door.

Client should pay Customs Fees (Import duty, VAT and others). We aren’t responsible for it. Pls note that.

To Germany, Poland, Sweden, Brazil / Fance / Monaco / Mexico / Netherlands (FedEx): It must be declared full value in invoice for customs because of strict clearance.

2. UPS:

Delivery time is 10-15 days. There is NO customs fees.

It is only for some European Union & United Kingdom (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom).

3. EMS:

Delivery time is 15-30 working days.

It is the best for Belarus, Mongolia, Russia and Ukraine .

1) If the product is with RAM and SSD, we pre-install pfSense (Username: admin; Password: pfsense). You also can install OS and software package by yourself. Press F11 key boot from USB Drive, press Delete key enter into BIOS.

2) We can provide Windows drivers download link.

3) This pfSense appliance can be configured as a firewall, LAN or WAN router, VPN appliance, DHCP Server, DNS Server, and IDS/IPS with optional packages to deliver a high performance, high throughput front-line security.

Pls Note:

1. Q190G4U has 2 versions: Q190G4U-S01 only supports MSATA SSD (Height is too thin to install 2.5″ HDD / SDD

, Q190G4U-S02 can support 1 x MSATA SSD and 1 x 2.5 inch SATA SSD/ HDD.

2. If there is NO RAM, please use DDR3L-1333/1600 GHz 1.35V Non-ECC SO-DIMM RAM. They DO NOT support DDR3 1.5V RAM.

3. This PC is also incompatible with some 1.35V RAM model likes Crucial etc. Seller is irresponsible and makes no compensation for buyer’s own RAM.

4. WiFi is incompatible with pfSense (only support AP-mode), please reinstall other OS if necessary.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Discovery Market (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
