Product Engineering
Over 14 years of experience in product engineering as well as 3D modelling, CAD and PCB circuit board design. Assembly design and Technical drawings.
Design to manufacturing. Our main focus is product housings in plastic and Aluminum with integration of components as well as technical engineering of industrial parts and products.
Plastic Injection Molding
We make plastic injection molds and plastic parts. We can provide excellent service to our customers. Produce products according to customer requirements, ensuring product quality.
Custom Manufacturing
In house we do metal processing and critical machining such as driling, reaming, tapping. We have great sub contractors for Extrusion, milling and turning as well as sheet metal parts. Parts made of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass with a variety of surface treatments and finishes such as powder coating and anodizing.
Added Value-Assembling
One of our main services is assembling of sets and complete products. We produce and source all the necessary components. We follow strictly the Bil of Material and Assembling Instructions. Quality control will be performed at different stagbes of the production process.
RoHS & REACH
We are aware that RoHS and REACH are more and more important. We follow the regulations where possible. CE, FCC, TUV, SGS certification or Testing will be done in a professional way when requested.
