  • When you use the new battery at the first time,Please discharge the battery to 2% of the full charger then charger it to 100% .
  • Please do not discharge the battery to 0%,as that will damage the battery pack and shorten it’s life.
  • The battery must be charged up to 70% for longtime storage out of the Laptop.
  • The mismatch of the adapter or the adapter that has been used over longtime may cause the battery not to be charged , because of the inefficiency output of the adapter is not sufficient.
  • Please check your adapter firstly for the charging problems of the battery.
  • Please never take out the battery from laptop when it is being charged or discharged.


  • We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
  • Items are generally shipped out within 5 business days after payment has been cleared (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
  • All items will be shipped out via Post POST, CHINA POST or Express. The shipment usually takes 7-30 business days depend on delivery country.If item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Order cancellation
